Lifetime Warranty
All Seasons Door & Window M.F.G. warrants against defects in workmanship and material for a period of 10 years from the date of manufacturing, under normal conditions of use and services. The manufacturer agrees to repair or replace at the factory, free of charge, any returned product that is found defective due to a manufacturing defect. All replacements must be identified by a purchasing order number, an invoice number or an original company order sheet.
This limited warranty applies to all windows manufactured by All Seasons after June 15, 2002. Any replacement windows or parts supplied by All Seasons under this Limited Warranty are warranted only for the remaining time period of the original warranty.
This limited warranty includes sash and frame material, hardware, and insulated glass units, which are warranted to be free of material obstruction of vision resulting from dust or film formation in the dead air space caused by seal failure.
This warranty does not include and All Seasons will not be responsible for:
- Condensation on interior glass surfaces, which occurs as a natural result of humidity, excessive moisture or changes in external temperatures which do not indicate a defect in the product itself.
- Normal maintenance including caulking and lubrication.
- Labor or other costs incurred for removing, replacing, installing or reinstalling any defective window or pan.
- Damages or repairs required as a consequence of faulty installation, vandalism, misuse, abuse, normal weathering, atmospheric pollutants, harmful chemicals, flumes, vapors, fire, lightning, or any other acts of God, or conditions beyond the control of All Seasons, failure of the structure in winch the windows is installed, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
All Seasons reserves the right to inspect the alleged defective unit and accept or reject any warranty claims made.
Limitation of Warranty
This limited warranty is in lieu of all other guarantees and warranties, express or implied. All Seasons makes no other express or implied representation or warranty of any kind, whether as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, or any other matter. Colored vinyl is warranted by vinyl profile extruders. All Seasons shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.
